Eatin' Garbage
I watched two boys cannonball into a pit of trash And learned to grieve with God Why are you training my eyes? I asked He responded. Uncarefully ambitious Fists clenched around ignorance and rotten meat For food eaten in secret is delicious 1 We mourn. A guardian angel I prayed to be used Though tribulation in this world is promised 2 Lord heal our hearts, black and bruised Intercession. Who can straighten what You have bent? 3 Lost worship grew unsatisfying Behold the gracio
